When Jessie Keller got into real estate over a decade ago, she quickly realized that a staged house was a SOLD house. While building her brokerage, her vision included adding a staging division. In 2022, 1st Class Staging debuted and Sara joined the team as her Executive Assistant and certified Stager. Their highly collaborative style nets a beautiful presentation that SELLS.

Owner / Designer

Jessie is a business owner times two! She is not only the owner of 1st Class Staging but also Aviator Realty. She understands the market, what buyers are looking for, and how to present a house for top dollar. Jessie has the design eye and vision to elevate and upgrade your listing.

Sara Brooks

Certified Stager

Sara helped Jessie launch 1st Class Staging in 2022. She brings a detailed eye and organization skills to get it all done! Sara is a certified Home Stager, has a marketing degree from Clemson, and loves all things real estate.

Jennifer Watne

Designer

Jennifer arrived in Charlotte ten years ago from Indianapolis. She’s a busy mom of three, and loves to watch her kid’s sports, workout and bake. She is ready to take off on a new journey, and make your home someone’s perfect destination.

Laura Heider

Designer

1st Class Staging’s newest crew member landed in Charlotte two years ago, hailing from Missouri. The ”Show Me State” transplant is excited to take off with our crew. We can’t wait to show you what Laura brings to the table.

Julie Kelley

Contracts / Invoicing

Julie is originally from Canada and landed in Charlotte 5 years ago. Julie is a mom of 4 kiddos!! When she is not busy with her children she is practicing yoga, growing plants, and trying new things.

Mike Voelkers

Warehouse Manager

Mike runs our warehouse operations. His primary objective is to ensure that our first class upgrades are always ready for delivery and to meet our clients high expectations. Mike ensures that on stage days our delivery crews are ready for take off. Mike is also a licensed Realtor with our sister company Aviator Realty.
